The above mentioned questions are questions I get a lot. I took this picture this morning. I’m Lau, a runner, and I have been running quite some kilometres for over a year now. Let me clarify one thing: running does not make your legs bulky or big. Running, in combination with a healthy diet, makes your legs slim, fit, toned and muscled. It will take some time and effort, but in the end it’s worth it. Believe me!
